Our ``Omakase Course'' is a combination of sushi and other dishes made with local ingredients such as morning fresh fish from Kochi's Susaki Fishing Port, luxurious and rare Tosa duck, and excellent seasonal ingredients from all over the country, including carefully selected sea urchin. We have it ready for you.
